Booking, pricing and general information
Is the check-up really free?
Yes. We don't charge for the first check-up and consultation — you get a clear assessment and price before deciding on anything.
Do the treatments hurt?
All repairs and treatments are done under local anesthesia when needed. Patients most often say the treatment felt almost painless.
What payment options are there?
You can pay in cash or by payment card. You know the exact amount before any work starts, with no hidden costs.
Do I need to book an appointment in advance?
We recommend booking by phone or through the site's inquiry form so we can secure a time that works for you.
Is there somewhere to park?
Yes, there's reserved parking right outside the practice.
Are you open on Saturdays?
Yes. We are open on weekdays from 9:30 to 20:00; on Saturdays by appointment only, from 10:00 to 14:00. We are closed on Sundays.
Do you take walk-in patients?
When the schedule allows, we do see walk-in patients, but there is a wait. If you are in pain or it is an emergency, call us on +381 64 125 3901 — we try to see urgent cases the same or the next day.
Do you give a warranty on your work?
We give a five-year warranty on composite fillings and a material warranty on prosthetic work. The conditions depend on the type of work and on keeping regular check-ups, and we explain all of it before we start.
Implants and prosthodontics
How long does getting a dental implant take?
Placing the implant itself is quick, usually 30 to 60 minutes per tooth. The complete process, including bone healing and making the crown, typically takes 3 to 6 months, depending on the condition of the jaw.
What's the difference between a metal-ceramic and a metal-free crown?
A metal-ceramic crown has a metal base covered with ceramic, while a metal-free (zirconia) crown has no metal, so it lets light through better and looks more natural. The metal-free option is more aesthetically refined, while metal-ceramic is a more affordable solution — both prices are in our price list.
How much does a dental implant cost in Belgrade?
The price depends on the implant system, the condition of the bone and whether any preparation is needed first. That is why we do not quote from memory — after a free examination and an X-ray you get a written treatment plan with the exact price, before you commit to anything.
How much does a crown cost, and how much for zirconia?
A metal-ceramic crown is 14,000 RSD and a metal-free zirconia crown is 24,000 RSD. The final price depends on whether the tooth first needs treatment or a build-up — we assess that at the free examination.
How long does getting a crown take from start to finish?
Usually 2 to 3 visits within 7 to 14 days: preparing the tooth and taking the impression, a fitting, then placement. While the crown is being made you wear a temporary one, so you are never without a tooth.
Does getting dentures require removing remaining teeth?
Not necessarily. A partial denture often relies on and attaches to existing healthy teeth, while a full denture is made when no teeth remain in the jaw. At your free check-up we'll assess which option is best for your situation.
Cosmetic dentistry
Does teeth whitening damage the enamel?
Professional whitening at the practice, supervised by a dentist, does not damage tooth enamel. Some patients experience temporary sensitivity, which passes quickly.
How long does the teeth whitening effect last?
On average 1 to 3 years, depending on dietary habits (coffee, red wine, smoking) and regular oral hygiene.
How much does teeth whitening cost?
In-practice whitening of both jaws is 15,000 RSD. We recommend having tartar removed beforehand so the result is even and lasts longer.
Do you do orthodontics for adults with clear aligners?
Yes. For adult patients we most often use clear aligners, and fixed braces are also an option. At the examination we assess what is feasible in your case, how long it takes and what it costs.
Children and prevention
When should a child first visit the dentist?
It's recommended that the first visit happen around the first year of life, and by age three at the latest — to get used to the environment and catch any issues early.
What is fissure sealing and does it hurt?
Fissure sealing is a completely painless preventive procedure where the grooves on teeth are coated with a protective material, significantly reducing the risk of cavities in children.
Pain, emergencies and routine care
I have a toothache, when can I come in?
We try to see emergency cases the same day or the next — call us directly at +381 64 125 3901 and we'll give you the first available slot.
What should I do if a crown or filling has fallen out?
Keep the piece, do not glue it back yourself, and call us. An exposed tooth is sensitive and neighbouring teeth shift over time, so it is best dealt with quickly — we try to see urgent cases the same or the next day.
Do you treat patients with diabetes or on blood thinners?
Yes, with the appropriate preparation. It is important that you tell us which medicines you take before any procedure and bring your most recent results. Never stop blood-thinning medication on your own — if needed, we coordinate with your doctor.
How often should I get a dental check-up?
It's recommended to have a check-up and, if needed, tartar removal once every 6 months, for timely prevention of cavities and gum disease.
Does tartar removal hurt?
Tartar removal is generally a painless procedure. Some mild gum sensitivity right after treatment is possible, and it passes quickly.
